Dean Chemerinsky discusses free speech on campus

On February 11, 2010, UC Irvine School of Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky spoke on campus about "First Amendment in a Multicultural Society," just days after 11 students were arrested for disrupting the campus appearance of Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren. Dean Chemerinsky explained how the the First Amendment applies to universities, and answered questions from the audience, many of which focused on how UCI officials handled the Oren incident.
